OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item(s) to request a return. The customer must pay for reshipping the item (will depend on clients country and will be deducted from total before refund).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. All items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To begin a return request, you can contact us using the email address listed below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
